Decide on a task, give yourself a time frame, and complete it (without distractions!).

2. Be Proactive, not reactive.

Emails are a huge part of this. Set yourself time each day to check your emails instead of checking your inbox every couple of minutes. Always remember that your time is just as valuable as other people’s time. Another tip to being proactive is to think of the week ahead. Can a couple of hours of the weekend or after work be all that is needed to put you ahead of the game? We definitely do not recommend this all the time, but to get ahead is always worth it.

3. Take Breaks

Every hour get up and walk around the office. It may seem like a waste of time but it will enable your brain to become refreshed and ready to take on the next challenge at work. Working without breaks can often hinder your productivity and that is what we are trying to avoid! Always take a moment to yourself and relax for a couple of minutes.

4. Scenery Is Everything
