Ideas For New Years Resolutions 2017 With Dominion Ridge

Can you believe it? 2017 is literally just around the corner, and here we are, still thinking it is June. 2016 has gone unbelievably fast, and like most people, we failed to achieve our New Years resolutions. 2017 is going to be different, though. Our New Years resolutions are the perfect opportunity to learn from the previous year and make changes in your life. It’s great to have something to work towards and something you can say you’ve achieved, especially if it’s personal resolutions. We have created a list of Ideas For New Years Resolutions 2017 and have shared it with you all below. 2017 is going to be the greatest year yet!

1. Stop Saying ‘Tomorrow’ and Start Saying ‘Today’

We say this again and again and again – ‘I’ll start tomorrow.’ Whether this is diet, fitness, staying focused at work, or another resolution, we are just TOO good at procrastination. Make this your 2017 New Years Resolution and start today, not tomorrow. It feels good to be efficient and on the ball guys!

2. Be Spontaneous

Take a random road trip to see the Antelope Canyon in Arizona, the giant cactus’ in New Mexico, or lay by the beach in Southern California. Spontaneous trips and activities are the most fun, and they keep us feeling young and alive! 3. Meditate and Be Less Stressed

We are being totally, 100% serious that life is too short to be stressed. Start meditating before work and after, even if it’s for just 10 minutes at a time. Meditation puts your mind at ease and reduces anxiety and stress. Listen to ocean music, whale sounds, or just some good old fashioned classical music.

4. Quality Sleep and Exercise

We are sure you know of the hundreds of benefits exercise gives you. Do more exercise and go to bed earlier in 2017. It sounds simple, but the health benefits are amazing! You will feel more energized to complete all your other resolutions! Seriously, though, help yourself and dedicate an hour to the gym and go to bed early!
